单色经纱或纬纱排列的自动识别算法

摘    要:给出了一种在HSI颜色空间上利用颜色的聚类分析和区域分割并结合织物密度来实现织物色纱排列的自动识别算法.实验证明,本算法能正确计算出色纱排列参数,测量方法可代替人工操作,对织物的自动检测具有一定参考价值.但目前的研究水平只适用于单色经纱或纬纱排列的自动识别.

Abstract:A new automatic identification algorithm for fabric color yarn arrangement based on HSI color space is proposed. This algorithm is implemented by applying cluster analysis in color, image region segmentation and the fabric abstraction density. The experimental results prove that the algorithm is available to analyzing color yarn arrangement. The algorithm can substitute manual work, and is worthy of fabric qutomatic test, but until now it can only be applied to the automatic identification of solid warp or weft arrangement.
