摘    要:结合两段提升管催化裂化(TSRFCC)工艺特点开发的多产丙烯催化剂LTB-2在实验室小型提升管装置上的评价表明,该催化剂具有良好的多产丙烯的效果.LTB-2催化剂的工业试验结果表明:当添加量达系统藏量的20%时,液化石油气收率约19%,丙烯收率达到6.83%,而且多产丙烯的稳定性非常理想.

Abstract:The catalyst LTB-2 for maximized propylene developed based upon the special features of two-stage riser FCC process ( TSRFCC ) exhibited excellent performance in maximizing propylene production in the laboratory test on riser FCC pilot plant. In the trial on the commercial unit, the gasoline yield was 19% and propylene yield was 6. 83% when the addition of the catalyst addition was 20% of the inventory. The catalyst stability for maximized propylene is satisfactory.
