摘    要:3万t聚酯装置在扩容150%后,通过对预缩真空系统的影响因素的分析,采取SFC顺序控制与传统PID控制有效结合,解决了工艺控制过程中存在的不稳问题。

Abstract:After 150% capacity increasing of 30 kt PET plant,through analysis of the factors that have effect on the prepolycondensation vaccum system,effective combination the SFC sequence control with the traditional PID control,the unstable problems exist in the technology control process were solved.
