摘    要:针对409L铁素体不锈钢热轧板表面线鳞缺陷,采用扫描电镜能谱分析方法对缺陷形貌和成分进行检测。结果表明:线鳞缺陷是由夹杂物和夹渣物共同引起的。在研究基础上提出了生产工艺改进措施,有效降低了409L不锈钢热轧板表面线鳞缺陷发生率。

Abstract:To find out the reason for line-sliver defects occurring on the surface of 409L hot-rolled plate, the microscopic morphology and composition of the line-sliver defects were investigated using SEM and EDS. The results show that line-sliver defects on the hot-rolled plate surface are caused by the inclusions in the steel and enclosed slag. The technology improve- ments have been proposed on the basis of research. The occurrence of line-sliver defects on hot-rolled plates is significantly reduced.
