摘    要:通过观察研究现场,找到了长期困扰热连轧生产温度不均匀的原因。通过采取优化下部烧嘴煤气和空气流量、调整顶部烧嘴开度、做好加热炉水封工作等措施,有效提高了加热质量,保证了中间坯温度均匀,提高了产品质量。

Abstract:The cause for long - term plagued problem of non - uniform temperature are found for hot rolled coil through on - site observation and research. The reheating quality arc effectively improved by optimizing the flow of lower burner gas and air, adjusting the opening of top burner, taking the heating furnace water seal which ensure the intermediate slab temperature uniformity so as to improves the product quality.
