小方坯连铸机凝固传热软件的编制

摘    要:应用数值传热学基本理论,分析了小方坯连铸机在结晶器和二次冷却区凝固传热的特点,并结合现场实际,使用Delphi开发工具编制了小方坯连铸机凝固传热软件。通过实际生产数据对软件进行校正,对铸坯进行了数值模拟计算,结果表明:当浇铸断面为165 mm×165 mm的铸坯时,拉速每增加0.1 m/min时,结晶器末端坯壳厚度减少0.5~0.8 mm,切割枪处表面中心温度升高12℃。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the solidification and heat transfer process in crystallizer and secondary cooling zone forbillet casting, the solidification and heat transfer software for billet casting was developed. The software was corrected based on practical production data, and numerical simulation for billet casing was carried out. The results show that the shell thickness of crystallizer will reduce 0.5-0.8 mm, and the center temperature at the incision surface will increase 12℃ when the casting speed increases 0.1 m/min and the billet is 165 mm×165 mm.
