板坯中间包控流装置优化的数值模拟

摘    要:以某钢厂板坯连铸中间包为模型,利用数学模拟方法,对中间包内钢液流场进行研究。采用正交试验法研究了堰坝距离、坝的高度和堰的插入深度对中间包内钢液流场及RTD曲线的影响,得出各因素对活塞区体积的影响程度及最佳控流装置组合,为现场提出了控流装置的优化方案。优化后中间包活塞区由62.23%提高至70.75%,死区比例由7.11%降至5.75%,明显提高了中间包的冶金功能。

Abstract:The flow field of molten steel in tundish was studied by numerical simulation method. The influence of dam height, weir insert depth and their space on amdish flow field and RTD curve were studied by using orthogonal experiment in this paper. The impact of each ingredient on volume fraction of plug flow region and optimal combination of flow control devices were obtained, and optimization scheme of flow control devices was proposed for factory. The volume fraction of plug flow region after optimization is increased from 62.23% to 70.75%, and the volume fraction of dead region is decreased from 7.11% to 5.75%, thus metallurgical function of the tundish is improved greatly.
