摘    要:回顾了过程技术在工业中的应用,利用模拟与优化等过程技术对12万t/a PVC电石法生产装置的工艺进行标定,梳理了其中不合理的工艺过程,并获得了关键生产过程的最佳操作参数。

Abstract:The applications on industries of process technology is overviewed simply. Typical technologies such as process simulation and process optimization are used to promote a 120,000 t/a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) production line ,inappropriate processes and apparatus are defined,and the optimum operation parameters of some key processes are obtained. The results show that process technology is an efficient and effective tool for PVC industries to de-bottleneck, optimize operation parameters, save materials and energy, and develop new technology.
