轴承钢方坯动态轻压下研究及应用

摘    要:在拉速、过热度等工艺稳定的条件下,根据压力传感器压力反馈,通过位移传感器设定压下量在凝固末端进行轻压下以改善铸坯内部疏松及偏析。通过轴承钢的生产,找出了最佳轻压下参数,不使用轻压下其碳偏指数为0.8~1.26,而使用轻压下其碳偏指数为0.9~1.1。

Abstract:Under the condition of stable processes, such as casting speed, superheat and so on, according to the pressure sensor pressure feedback, the soft reduction was carried out at solidification end to improve the segregation and porosity of the billet. The reduction was determined by displacement sensor. The optimal soft reduction parameters were obtained through bearing steel production. The carbon-segregation index is 0.80-1.26 without soft reduction, while it is 0.90-1.10 with soft reduction,
