高压加氢生产食品级白油的工艺技术研究

摘    要:文章使用贵金属Pt-Pd精制催化剂,对3种不同黏度等级的基础油原料进行高压加氢精制处理,生产高品质食品级白油产品。通过小试、中试和催化剂寿命实验,结果表明:该工艺能够脱除基础油中微量芳烃,白油产品满足食品级白油国标GB4853-2008;该工艺适用于不同黏度等级的基础油原料;催化剂通过2500h寿命考核。

Abstract:Noble metal Pt-Pd catalyst was used in high-pressure hydrofinishing process for producing high quality food-grade white oil from different viscosity grades base oil feeds.Results from lab scale,pilot scale and life test indicated that trace aromatics in base oil can be removed,and the white oil product can meet requirements of GB 4853-2008 standard.This process has good flexibility of feeds with different viscosity grades.Moreover,the catalyst shows excellent stability and activity in 2500 hlife experiment.
