摘    要:高炉喷煤烟气炉炉役后期,因炉子老化严重、炉衬剥落、炉墙漏风等造成烟气炉蓄热效果和隔热保温能力差,无法满足喷煤制粉所需烟气量加热的需求,使得烟气系统调节困难,下煤量减少,影响磨机的制粉量,不能保证高炉喷煤的正常生产。采用在喷煤烟气炉内表面喷涂高温远红外线固体精的技术对炉子进行修复,改善了烟气炉内部的辐射热交换,增强了隔热保温效果,提高了热效率,节约了能源,同时也提高了磨机的生产效率,保证了磨机及布袋收粉器的安全运行。

Abstract:The heat retaining effect and heat preservation ability become poor in the flue gas furnace due to oven aging serious- ly, lining peel off, air leakage during the late campaign. It cant meet the demand of the smoke gas heating for spray coal pulverizing, which make the flue gas system adjustment difficult, reduce the volume of coal and influence the amount of pulverizing mill. So there is no guarantee for the normal production. The radiation heat transfer are improved inside the flue gas furnace, heat preservation effect are enhanced with high thermal efficiency by adopting spraying high temperature far - infrared high temperature solid essence to repair flue gas furnace . To save energy and improve the production efficiency of mill, ensure the safe operation of the grinding machine and bag powder.
