小波分析技术在汽轮机故障诊断中的应用研究

摘    要:本文就小波分析技术在汽轮机故障诊断应用中的故障特征提取问题进行了深入研究,提出了基于小波能量分布的故障特征提取方法,并在转子试验台上进行了验证。实践检验证明,该实现方法能够满足汽轮机振动信号分析的需要,是一种灵活有效的特征提取方法。

Abstract:The fault feature extraction based on wavelet transform technique was studied in depth, which was applied to turbo generator fault diagnosis. A new fault feature extraction method based on WPT power spectrum density (PSD) analysis is put forward. Extensive experiments on rotor test platform show that the proposed method meets the requirement of vibration signal analysis for turbine generator and is a feasible and effective solution.
