多孔聚丙烯酰胺共聚物的制备

摘    要:以聚醋酸乙烯为忆剂,在交联剂和引发存在下,合成了丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,经胺解制得了多孔聚丙烯配角安共聚物-APM载体。用SEM、IR、DSC元素分析仪和孔度率仪对APM载体进行了测试,研究了胺试剂和胺时间对APM载体孔结构和氮含量的影响。

Abstract:A porous copolymer of acrylamide (APM carrier) has been prepared by suspension copolymerization of methylacrylate,methyl methacrylate and vinyl acetate in the presence of porogenic and crosslinking agent,followed by a aminate process.Effect of aminate regent and time on the porous sructure of the APM carrier were studied.The SEM,IR,DSC and mercury porosimery were used to examine the structure and properties of the APM carrier. The results show that the degree of aminate and stability of the APM carrier increased with aminate time were increased.The porous structure of the APM carrier is dependent upon aminate time,but,The similar porous structure and properties attained with different aminate regent at same react time.
