| Abstract: | Combining with the contract clauses in CF-2000-0208 water conservancy and hydropower civil project,the paper,according to its design and ideas,the paper explores the roots for the contractor's claim,so as to strengthen the recognition of the contractor claim,to improve the claim management of the contractor,and to provide direction for the reasonable treatment for joining the construction. |
