摘    要:文章研究开发了一套集棒料锯切与在线自动超声探伤于一体的综合系统,采用数字化超声探伤仪,实现了探伤与锯切的同步进行,大大提高了检测效率,有利于及时发现、剔除缺陷,对后续精密成形的实现具有重要意义。

Abstract:In this paper, the system of the cutting and online and automatic ultrasonic testing is introduced. In the case of one projectile body the cutting and the testing are realized simultaneously. So the testing efficiency has been promoted greatly. It is very helpful to find, remove flaws and has important significance to realize precision forming.
