黄磷喷淋塔数值模拟研究

摘    要:以计算流体力学(CFD)为基础,多相流理论为依据,在三维坐标系下采用κ-ε标准湍流模型、传热模型求解温度及速度流场,并采用Lagrange模型追踪粒子轨迹,对喷淋塔进行模拟研究。研究结果表明,不同液气比、液滴初始温度及直径对喷淋塔的换热效率、冷凝性能有较大的影响,气液换热效率随着液气比、液体初始温度的增加逐渐增大;而液滴初始直径对气液换热效率的影响较为复杂,模拟结果可为黄磷喷淋塔的性能优化和改造提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:Based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD) and multiphase flow theory,κ-ε standard turbulence model and heat transfer model were used to solve the gas's velocity and temperature in a three-dimensional coordinate system.At the same time,the Lagrange model was used to trace the particles trajectories.The simulated data showed that the ration of liquid to gas,the initial temperature and diameter of spray water have great influence on the heat exchange efficiency and condenses performance.The heat exchange efficiency increased with ration of liquid to gas,initial temperature of spray water.The initial diameter of spray water had complex influent on heat exchange efficiency.The simulation results had reference value for improving and optimizing design of open spay tower.
