摘    要:根据中国石化镇海炼化分公司Ⅱ套延迟焦化装置开工后实际运行情况,分析装置能耗偏高的主要原因.从工艺、设备和装置长周期运行等方面采取一系列调整和优化措施。通过提高处理量和加热炉热效率、对辐射泵叶轮进行优化改造、保持变频设备的高投用等,使装置能耗(标油)由开工初期的31.74 kg/t降低至23 kg/t左右.取得了较大成果,创造了可观的经济效益。

Abstract:According to the actual operation of DCUⅡof Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co.from the start-up,this paper analyzes the reasons for higher energy consumption of the u- nit.A series of adjustment and optimization measures were taken from the aspects of process and long - term operation of the equipment,such as increasing the throughput and furnace heat effi- ciency,modifying the impeller of radiant pumps and maintaining high utilization of transducer. Remarkable profits have been made and the energy consumption has decreased to around 23 kg/ t from 31.74 kg/t at the beginning of the start-up.
