摘    要:PISTON-CAD/CAM系统以成组技术为基础,采用模块化结构及数据库技术,可实现参数输入绘制产品图,生成活塞的工艺规程,工序卡及NC程序单,并能自动设计出夹具、量具、刀具和铸造模具。

Abstract:This paper introduces the piston-CAD/CAM system, with ap-plication of date-base, modularization and group code technology. The system is simple and practical with the high automation. After users input a piston structure, dimensions and tolerance by screen menus, the system can output the product drawings of the piston. The CAPP subsystem generates the piston technology regulation processcards and NC process sheets. The CAD subsystem of technology equipments uses the forms of parameterization and listization to generate grapgic-base. According to technology data and piston structures, the CAD subsystem automatically designs fixtures, measuring tools, cutters and molds. The system has been set up in micro-computer, with features of higher integration level, smaller investment of hardware, stronger extensionality and wider coverage of potential users.
