基于SA4828的变频器设计

摘    要:利用专用集成电路SA 4828设计变频器,可以大大简化硬件电路的设计和软件编程。它以SA 4828作为SPWM信号发生器,经过驱动电路控制IPM模块,产生三相变频电源。配以单片机、键盘、LED显示器及转速编码器,构成闭环调速系统。经过实际测试,取得了很好的效果。电动机可以在1~50 H z范围内连续调速,闭环调速精度达到0.1%。实践表明,利用SA 4828设计变频器,是切实可行的简便方法。

Abstract:Making use of the special LSIC SA4828 to design an inverter for AC motor driver can greatly simplify both the hardware and software.The SA4828 used as SPWM signal generator controls the IPM via driver circuits to produce variable frequency power supply.The speed adjusting system consisting of SCC,KB,LED display and speed coder is tested and excellent performance is achieved.The tested data shows that the motor can run smoothly from 1 to 50 Hz and the speed adjustment accuracy is up to 0.1%.It can be concluded that designing inverter by means of SA4828 is a convenient and practical method.
