面向知识的CAPP集成系统的设计

摘    要:在分析现有工艺的基础上,将工艺知识处理技术与CAPP的研究结合起来,对基于知识集成的CAPP理论、方法和实现技术进行了研究,并详细讨论了基于知识集成的CAPP系统的框架、数据结构、功能及工作流的设计和实现方法。通过基于知识集成的工艺设计系统的应用,可改变现行产品制造中研制周期长、生产手段落后、信息不通畅、自动化水平低的局面,最终提高产品快速制造能力。

Abstract:Based on analyzing the existing technology, the technology of the knowledge processing technology and CAPP combination, CAPP theory, method and technology based on knowledge integration are studied, and a detailed discussion of the framework of knowledge integration, the data structure of CAPP system, design features and workflow and implementation method based on. Through the application of the knowledge integration process design system based on the existing products manufacturing, can change the long development cycle, the backwardness of the production means, the automation level of information is not smooth, low situation, and ultimately improve the ability of rapid manufacturing products.
