| Abstract: | The various industrial production methods of oxalic acid, such as sodium formate, carbohydrate oxidation, oxidation of ethylene glycol, propylene oxide and carbon monoxide coupling method, were introduced and their advantages and disadvantages were compared. The downstream market of oxalic acid was emphatically analyzed, which included pharmaceutical industry, rare earth processing industry, chemical industry and Other emerging industries. Moreover, prospects of the further development of oxalic acid production were also given out. |
