摘    要:门锁是汽车中的常规安全零件,对汽车的安全性能有着至关重要的作用。在设计门锁的过程中,必须要在保证其可靠性的同时确保其有绝对的安全性能。其安全性能指标包括载荷能力、耐惯性力等,因此,在汽车门锁的实际设计过程中,也应首先考虑这两种特性,这样才能使门锁安全性、可靠性、实用性均得到保障。着重对门锁的耐惯性力的特性进行分析,希望可以使门锁的设计更为实用,从而保证汽车整体的安全性能。

Study on the Resistance of Inertia Force on Automobile Door Lock System

Abstract:The door lock is a routine safety parts of automobile, are crucial forthe safety performance of vehicles. In the design process of lock, mustguarantee the reliability to ensure its safety performance absolute. The safety performance indicators including load capacity, high inertia force, therefore, in the actual design process of automobile door lock, also should consider these two characteristics, so as to make the door lock safety, reliability, practicalityare guaranteed. The door lock high inertia force characteristics were analyzed, hope can make the door lock design more practical, so as to ensure the safety performance of the whole car.
