材料类《热工基础》课程教学方法研究与实践

当前，毕业生基数大，岗位少，就业形势非常严峻。材料类《热工基础》课程，复杂难懂。就业新形势以及课程的复杂性，迫使我们这样一所地方性的高等院校对实用性课程《热工基础》课程教学方法进行改革。我们以企业技术需求为导向，以职业岗位能力培养为主要目标，将《热工基础》课程与企业岗前技能培训相结合，改革传统的教学方法，采用互动式案例教学方法，激发学生的学习兴趣，实现学生”毕业即就业”的良好局面。

Research and Practice on Teaching Method of Basic Theory of Thermal Technology Course in Materials

At present, a large number of post graduates can not find work. The employment situation was very tough. Basic Theory of Thermal Technology course in materials was complicated. Because of the new situation employment and complexity of the course, the teaching methods of Basic Theory of Thermal Technology practical curriculum in local colleges and universities were reformed. With enterprise＇s technical demand as oriented principle, and occupation ability training as the main target, combined the Basic Theory of Thermal Technology course with enterprise pre - job training, using interactive case teaching method, stimulating students ~ interest in learning, the traditional teaching method was reformed and the situation of good employment soon after graduation situation was realized.
