摘    要:结合WC40EJ型铲板式支架车在济三煤矿多个工作面安撤运输中的使用情况,并与其他国产、进口同类型铲板式支架车进行对比,从而总结出该车型的优、缺点,认为该车型载重量大和动力强劲是该车的主要优点,车辆尺寸大无法整体下井、装封车工艺不同及可行驶巷道少是暴露出的缺点。通过现场分析,结合矿井实际针对性的提出车体侧翻装车下井并利用其他支架车辅助进行组装的新工艺,同时提出了其他切实可行的改进方案,使该车在矿井成功使用。并在井下运输中充分发挥作用。同时济三煤矿作为立井煤矿首批使用WCa0EJ型铲板式支架车的矿井,该车在现场的使用为其他立井煤矿使用该车型提供宝贵的现场经验。

The Application of WC4OEJ Shield Carrier in Jining No.3 Coal Mine

Abstract:Combining the service condition of WC40EJ Shield Carrier in installation transportation and dismantling transportation processes in many working faces in Jining No.3 Coal Mine, and contrasting it with same kind of domestic and imported equipments, the advantages and disadvantages are summarized. The advantages are big load capacity and powerful driving force, while the disadvantages are its big measurement (being so big to not descend as a whole), different methods of loading and sealing, and less available roadways. With site analysis, the new method, turning on its side by 90° to descend into underground mine and then installing it assisted by other Shield Carrier, is presented in this paper. Furthermore, other practical improvement projects are proposed to make better use in tile underground transportation. As a vertical shaft, Jining No.3 Coal Mine was the one of the first batch using WC40EJ Shield Carrier, and provided valuable on-site experience for others.
