| 摘 要： | “工学交替”已成为当前高职教育发展的必然趋势。目前，很多高职院校的“工学交替”模式还不够成熟，文章分析了高职院校“工学交替”现状，探讨了运行过程中存在的问题，并提出了相应的对策和措施。

| Abstract: | School - industry alternation became an inevitable trend of the development of higher vocational education. At present, this mode was not mature enough in many higher vocational colleges. The current situation was analyzed, and the problems in the operation process were discussed, and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed. |
