圆饼型锻件锻造质量缺陷及其优化方案

摘    要:介绍了圆饼型锻件在锻造过程中的缺陷,提出了锻造工艺新思路。优化锻造工艺,即采用二次WHF法+JTS法进行压实制坯,能够有效锻合孔洞和疏松。采用中心凸台镦粗工艺,以增加变形均匀性,减小夹杂进一步扩展,控制夹杂物形貌,使其不成为片状汇合,能够有效解决锻造过程中无损检测质量缺陷问题。

Abstract:The article describes the defects of the flan forgings in the forging process, and puts forward the new ideas of the forging process. Optimizing the forging process that compaction blanking by twice WHF method and JTS method can effectively eliminate holes and porosity. The center boss upsetting process is used in order to increase the deformation uniformity, reduce inclusions extension, and control the morphology of the inclusions, so that it does not become the flake confluence, which can effectively solute the NDT quality defects in the forging process.
