摘    要:摘要:为了研究高参数机械密封摩擦副油膜流场动力特性以提高密封系统的稳定性,建立了摩擦副油膜流场的三维有限元模型,运用计算流体力学分析软件对油膜流场的压力、转速、摩擦扭矩、承载力和泄露量等进行了数值模拟,分析了机械密封的工作转速、压力与摩擦副油膜流场的压力场、承载能力、摩擦扭矩及泄漏量间的关系及其影响规律.

Abstract:In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the friction pair fluid-film flow field for high parame- ter mechanical seal for improving the dynamic stability of the seal system, the three-dimensional FEM model of the friction pair fluid-film flow field was established, and the pressure, speed, friction torque, carrying capacity and leakage were numerically, analyzed by CFD soft. The relation and the influencing rules between the speed and pressure of the mechanical seal and the pressure field, carrying capacity, friction torque and leakage of the friction pair fluid-film flow field were respectively studied.
