摘    要:针对P92大口径厚壁管道焊接施工中的接头冷裂纹、接头内部氧化、冲击韧性低等问题进行了分析,并基于分析结果提出了问题解决方法,最后对P92大口径厚壁管道焊接工艺各阶段的重点进行了说明,并通过了焊接试验验证。该P92焊接工艺重点研究及分析对于P92大口径厚壁管道焊接问题处理具有一定现实指导意义和应用价值。

Abstract:Welding cold crack, joint internal oxidation, low impact toughness of problems existing in the construction of the P92 large diameter thick wall pipe are analyzed, and based on the results of the analysis put forward a method to solve the problem, and finally focuses on the P92 large diameter thick wall pipe welding process of each stage are described, and the welding test. The P92 welding research and analysis of key technology, has a certain practical significance and application value for P92 large diameter thick wall pipe welding problems.
