有关原油结蜡及清防蜡剂的讨论

摘    要:在油田中原油的开采及输送过程中往往伴随着油井结蜡现象的出现,有些油井结蜡的现象非常严重,这样容易导致油井的产油量下降。讨论了原油流动的决定性因素,分析原油结蜡机理,论述系统压力、温度、原油含蜡量、管壁粗糙度和其他外界因素对原油结蜡的影响和作用机理有着至关重要的意义;为研究油井化学防蜡和清蜡的作用原理提供重要的理论来源。经过诸多学者专家经验总结及实验研究,研制出了各类清防蜡剂并明确它们的性质;不同的清防蜡剂性质不同,在油田中应用的程度不同。

Abstract:The wax usually appeared in the oil wells when the oil was mining and coneying in the oil fields, and the studying the mechanism of controling and removing paraffin in the oil wells. Through many scholars and experts' summary about their experience and research on the experiments, all kinds of waxing inhibitor and paraffin remuver and their property were summarized. The extent of application was different based on the diverse character of different inhibitor or remover in oil field.
