石墨烯修饰电极测定烟酸含量

摘    要:制备了石墨烯修饰电极,并对烟酸在修饰电极上的电化学行为进行研究。烟酸在石墨烯修饰电极上有着良好的电化学响应,利用循环伏安法(CV)对烟酸含量进行测定。结果表明:在pH=2.5的PBS缓冲溶液中,0.2552 V处的峰电流值与烟酸浓度在8.0×10-5~1.0×10-3mol/L的范围内呈线性相关,检出限为2.0×10-7mol/L(S/N=3)。将该法用于烟酸的实际测定,回收率为98.2%。通过测试本实验制备的修饰电极具有实际应用价值,可以实现食品及药品中烟酸含量快速、准确的测定。

Graphene Modified Electrode Used in the Determination of Nicotinic Acid Content

Abstract:The glassy carbon electrode was modified with grapheme, the electrochemical behavior of nicotinic acid was also studied. Nicotinic acid had good electrochemical behavior on the modified electrode, cyclic vohammetry (CV) was used to determine the content of nicotinic acid. The result showed that the peak current with the concentration in the range from 8.0 × 10^-5 mol/L to 1.0 × 10^-3 mol/L were linear relationship at 0. 2552 V. The detection limit was 2 × 10^-7 tool/L( S/N = 3 ). This method was used in the actual determination of nicotinic acid with the recovery rate of 98.20%. Through testing the prepared modified electrode had practical application value, and could be used in the fast and accurate determination of nicotinic acid content.
