摘    要:白藜芦醇是一种多酚类物质,具有非常重要的生理活性作用,研究发现在花生红衣中含有白藜芦醇。实验以花生红衣为原料,乙醇为提取剂,采用超声波技术提取花生红衣中的白藜芦醇。通过单因素试验,考察乙醇浓度、浸泡时间、提取时间、提取温度、萃取次数对白藜芦醇的提取效果的影响。结果表明,超声波法提取白藜芦醇的最佳条件为:乙醇浓度为80%,浸泡时间为4 h,超声波提取时间为40 min,提取温度为30℃,萃取次数为9次。最后通过紫外光谱和红外光谱检测得到的粗提取物中确实含有白藜芦醇。

Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction of Resveratrol from Peanut Skin

Abstract:Resveratrol was a kind of polyphenol and had very important physiological activity, which was found in peanut skin. The experiment was to study the extraction rate of Resveratrol from peanut skin using ultrasonic technology with ethanol as extracting solevent. With peanut skin as raw material, the extraction process of resveratrol with ultrasonic wave method was studied. The effects of ethanol concentration, soaking time, extraction time, extraction temperature, and extraction times on extraction rate were investigated, and the optimal extracting process conditions were confirmed through single factor experiment. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows: using 80% ethanol to extract the resveratrol, soaking time was 4 h, ultrasonic extraction time was 40 min, extraction temperature was 30 ℃, and extraction for 9 times. The crude finally was detected to contain resveratrol by ultraviolet spectrum and infrared spectrum.
