黑色聚酰亚胺薄膜的制备研究

摘    要:采用一种两端含有双-NH2基的黑色染料,将其与二胺和二酐反应制备黑色聚酰胺酸共聚物,通过实验室成膜装置研究脱水剂的用量和热亚胺化温度对薄膜透光率和抗张强度性能的影响。结果表明,在PAA∶脱水剂为100∶35,热亚胺话温度分别为低温120℃、高温300℃时薄膜的性能达到最好,外观黑色均匀、透光率低、抗张强度高。

Abstract:Abstract : A black dye of containing double - NH2 base on the both ends was used to prepare the black polyamic acid copolymer, the reaction with the two amines and two anhydride, stady the effect of the performance of the film, through by the laboratory research into membrane device ratio and dosage of dehydrating agent, temperature of thermal and the way of membrane tensile. The results showed that the films achieved the best with the appearance of black uniform, low in light transmittance and high tensile strength when the PAA:dehydrating agent was 100 : 35, thermal imine temperature were 120 ℃at a low temperature and a high temperature of 300 ℃.
