数控车宏程序的研究

摘    要:在数控车床加工中有许多零件轮廓是椭圆、抛物线等二元二次曲线,而在数控车床编程里没有直接对应的指令可以加工二元二次曲线轮廓,需要用拟合曲线或者宏程序进行编程。就FANUC-0i系统数控车床手动编制宏程序,运用G73粗车封闭切削循环指令与G70精加工循环指令配合,实现二元二次曲线的粗、精加工,方便灵活地编写二次曲线曲线轮廓的宏程序。

Abstract:There are dual conic curves, ellipse and parabola, for component profiles in CNC machining. There is no relevant command to be used in machining the dual conic curves. The macro programs or fitted curve would be applied to program. Based on FANUC-0i system, a macro program, combined G73, rough turning close cutting loop command, with G70, refined loop command, is applied to carry out rough and refined cutting of dual conic curves. This program is easy and flexible.
