掺铁CaSO4/TiO2复合粉体的制备及性能研究

摘    要:以硫酸氧钛、氧化钙、硫酸铁为原料,采用沉淀水解法制备掺铁CaSO4/TiO2复合粉体,并用XRD、IR进行了表征。探讨了沉淀时pH值、掺铁量、煅烧温度、光照时间对光催化降解活性大红的影响。结果表明:在制备时沉淀pH=9,掺铁量为2%,煅烧温度为600℃时,4g/L的复合粉体在紫外灯下照射3h,其对活性大红的降解率达到97.5%。

Preparation and Characterization of Irondoped CaSO4/TiO2 Composite Powder

Abstract:Iron- doped CaSO4/TiO2 composite powder was prepared by precipitation and hydrolysis method using TiOSO4 and CaO and Fe2 (SO4)3 as raw material at prices, and wide variety of sources. The composite powder samples were characterized by X -ray diffraction (XRD) and IR. The effect On the photocatalysis of reactive scarlet BES of the catalytic properties of powder was made by the powder conditions : the pH of precipitation, the amount of iron - doped, calcination temperature, illumination time. The experimental results showed that the optimum pH of precipitation was 9, the amount of iron - doped was 2% , and the calcination temperature was 600℃. When the powder dosage was 4 g/L and UV light exposure time was 180 rain, the degradation rate can reach 97.5%.
