摘    要:20世纪80年代中期,我国科学家发现了离子注入生物学效应,并以低能离子与生物体之间存在复杂的相互作用为基础,有目的地对生物体内的遗传物质进行加工、修饰、重组,开辟了农作物、微生物的遗传改良及转基因的新途径,由此开创了离子束生物工程学的先河.文章对离子束生物工程的装置、技术原理、离子注入的生物学效应及其应用作了综合评述.

Abstract:Scientists in China discovered the biological effect by ion beam implantation in the mid of 1980s. Taking advantage of the complex interplay between low-energy ion beam and organism, the process is intended to improve, modify and reconstruct the genetic materials in the cells, which is a great breakthrough in the genetic improvement and gene transfer of crops and microorganism, thus paving the way for ion beam bioengineering. This paper is to make a comprehensive survey of the installation, technical principle, and biological effect and its applications by ion beam implantation in ion beam bioengineering.
