摘    要:论述了国产BCH高效催化剂在大庆14万t/a高密度惭烯(HDPE)装置上的工业应用,并根据应用情况。提出在原工艺设备不做改动的情况下适宜的操作条件,同时评价了BCH催化剂的工业特性,文中指出,BCH催化剂配制工艺简单、无污染、生产负荷达到并超过设计指生产的挤塑。箸吹中代表性牌号的产品质量全部达到国家标准和合同指标的要求,能满足后加工需要,而且生产成本降低,因而应用前景广阔。

Abstract:The commercial operation of the domestic high efficiency BCH catalyst applied in Daqing HDPE unit with capacity of 140kt/a has been discussed in this paper. Under the condition of not revamping the existing facilities, the proper operation parameters have been proposed and the properties of BCH catalyst have also been evaluated. It has been demonstrated by the industrial application that the BCH catalyst possesses the features of being easy to be prepared, low cost, no environmental pollution and raising productive load. With using BCH catalyst the qualities of HDPE products manufactured in the way of extrusion, injection moulding and blow moulding have achieved the national standards and met the demands of postprocessing.
