A stable raw material supply has become an important point in the supply chain of the microelectronic industry, and more and more company has raised concern about the supply chain. However, though many companies have established the management procedure about the suppliers and has expended a lot of resources on it, there＇s still no anticipated output： the effective supplier management-good quality of material, right quantity and accurate delivery. In response to these issues, this article will start from understanding existing problems in PDCA cycle of supplier management, to make out the corrective plan for specific problems and finally make the supplier management system be a really efficient system.
