摘    要:钢筋混凝土结构无法避免裂缝的产生,防渗堵漏和补强加固是处理裂缝的主要措施。高压化学灌浆防水堵漏法通过钻孔埋设灌浆嘴,将水溶性聚氨酯化学灌浆材料注入混凝土裂缝中,能够有效地避免渗水现象的往复出现。介绍了灌浆法传统工艺与改进方法,分析了新工艺的优点,并提出施工注意事项与特殊处理方法。

Abstract:The main purpose of handling the crack, which can not avoid in the reinforce concrete structure, was anti-seepage and reinforcement. The high-pressure chemical grouting injects water-soluble polyurethane, chemical grouting material, into concrete crack via drilling and installing grouting nipple, which can efficiently prevent repeat occurrence of water-proofing. The following passage presents the traditional craft and improving methods of grouting, analyzed its merit and put forward the points for attention to construction and special handling methods.
