屋顶绿化技术研究

摘    要:屋顶绿化是降低能耗和增加绿化用地的有效途径,但我国的屋顶绿化起步晚,技术不成熟,缺乏政策支持,使其发展受到严重阻碍。主要以屋顶绿化的六个构造层次为研究对象,在查阅大量的国内外相关技术资料和屋顶设计相关规范的基础上,归纳总结出屋顶绿化各层次的技术要点,并结合国内外应用实例进行说明。且参照我国现行的《建筑结构荷载规范》,以结构设计知识为背景,给出相关荷载的计算方法和取值标准。同时建议政府推出相应扶持政策。

Abstract:Roof greening is an effective way to reduce energe consumption and to raise green coverage. The development of roof greening is delayed in our country due to the lack of ralated technology and government support. The six construction levels of roof greening are mainly studied in the paper. The technical essentials of construction levels are summarised and domestic and external applications of the roof greening are illustrated according to a large sum of materials on technlogy and codes of roof greening at home and abroad. Based on the current Code for the Building Structural Load in our country and related knowledge about construction design, the computing methods and loading values of the pertinent loads are deviced. Besides, suggestions are given that the government should issue relating policies to develop roof greening.
