摘    要:链传动常规的设计方法是以链传动具有足够的疲劳寿命为准则进行的选择性设计,但由于链传动设计中的相关参数均为随机变量,且近似服从正态分布规律,从而使得设计结果很难达到最优.将链传动设计的有关参数按随机变量处理,以链传动具有最大的传动能力的可靠度以及小链轮齿数、链节距、中心距和链速等为条件约束,根据有关可靠性设计理论和优化设计理论建立链传动优化设计的数学模型,应用MATLAB优化工具箱对链传动系统进行优化设计,得到了优化的传动方案.
