基于固气耦合的CPU散热器流场分析和数值模拟

摘    要:利用CFD计算软件Fluent对计算机散热片的空气流动和固气耦合散热进行了数值模拟,得到了空气的流速分布,散热器内的温度分布,对影响散热器的各种因素进行了分析并得出作用机理,为散热器设计和改善提供了理论参考。

Abstract:CFD calculation softwareFluent is used for computing the air flow of Computer radiator and solid-liquid coupling. The numerical simulation has been the air velocity distribution, temperature distribution inside the radiator .The impact of various factors were analyzed, and the mechanism, for the radiator to provide a theoretical reference design and improvement.
