石英晶体微天平驱动电路设计

摘    要:石英晶体微天平能够测量微小质量的变化,其广泛应用在生物医学、蛋白质、气体等的吸附检测。本电路设计以STC15F2K60S2单片机为核心,利用石英晶振片的特性,振荡器的起振、稳定振荡原理,以及自动增益控制等方法,构造稳定的振荡电路,实现对石英晶片频率变化的直接测量,进而推断出相应的质量变化。使用LCD显示模块,实时显示频率、质量等的测量值,并扩展RS232接口,实现与上位机之间的通信。

Abstract:The quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) can measure tiny quality change, and has been widely used in biomedical, protein, gases adsorbed detection. The circuit design , to STC 15F2K60S2 MCU as the core, using the characteristics of quartz crystal piece and the oscillator starting, stable oscillation principle, as well as AGC circuit structure ,can achieve a direct measurement of the change in frequency of the quartz crystal, and then infer a corresponding change in mass. The circuit equipped with LCD display module, the measured values of the frequency, quality can be real-time displayed, and expansion of the RS232 interface, convenient and direct communication with the host computer.
