摘    要:通过对某电厂新进投产的600MW机组W火焰锅炉在调试过程中遇到的受热面超温爆管、减温水量不足以及氧量偏低、飞灰可燃物含量偏高等问题的研究,给出了防止受热面超温措施,增加减温水流量及燃烧调整等相应的解决方法以及对策,为同类型锅炉的稳定可靠运行提供了一定的依据。

Research on the Problems of 2060 t/h W Flame Boiler Debugging

Abstract:With the new 600 MW units of the a power plant, some new difficulties with the W type flame, such as pipes' explosion caused by excessive temperature of the heating area, lack of desuperheating water, lower oxygen content, and higher combustible content, and so on are analyzed. Some methods to solve the mentioned problems are proposed, which provide suggestions to the same type boiler for the more stable and reliable operation in future.
