摘    要:分析了冷鲜肉的市场概况及独特优势,重点从包装需求方面对冷鲜肉生产进行了探讨,对以聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)为阻隔层的材料的综合性能进行了评价,并介绍了冷鲜肉真空收缩包装的基本工序。

Abstract:The market share and the unique advantage of the cold-fresh meat were introduced in this paper, while the production of the cold-fresh meat, especially its packing demand was discussed. Comprehensive performance of PVDC as separating floor was evaluated, and the basic processes of vacuum shrinking packaging for the cold-fresh meat were introduced.
