分电器外壳压铸模设计

摘    要:分析了分电器外壳压铸件结构工艺性及压铸模结构特点,针对此类零件结构,介绍了一种切实可行的压铸模设计方案,模具采用了抽芯器抽芯及循环水冷却系统的设计,较好地解决了内孔长距离抽芯的问题,同时也解决了由于铸件壁厚不均、模具成形零件温度过高、散热及排气不畅,致使压铸件内部产生气孔及疏松等问题,对于提高压铸件质量具有重要作用。

Abstract:Structure characteristics and technology of house of electric distribution device in die casting was analyzed.A available design sketch of die casting die by verification in practice was introduced based on the part structure.By using taken-out device to draw core and recycling water-cooling system in die design,the long-distance drawn-core for internal hole was resolved,and the defects of gas-hole and porosity in castings resulting from uneven castings thickness and superheat in formed parts as well as difficult exhaust were effectively overcome,which has the important role for improving the quality of the die castings.
