一种软开关逆变器的设计与应用

摘    要:以拓展三相逆变器"自然软开关动作"状态为出发点,提出了一种自然软开关变流技术控制机理。采用该技术的新型逆变器由于电路结构简单,控制方便可靠,因而能方便地作为电力有源滤波器的逆变器用于谐波补偿。结合所提出拓扑的特点,重点介绍如何采用锯齿载波空间矢量脉宽调制法的控制实现。最后通过实验验证了该变流控制技术的正确性和可行性。

Abstract:This paper presents a novel variable current technology control principle for natural soft-switching,based on develop the natural soft-switching act-state for the three-phase inverter.The technology for novel three-phase inverter is adopted,because of its circuit structure is simple and credibility,so it is used harmonic compensation on the inverter for active power filter.Based on the characteristic for its topology,that is proposed for realization figure control adopted the space vectors pulse-width modulation method of the indented carrier.Finally,the simulating & experiment is completed and that demonstrates the correctness and feasibility of this proposed scheme.
