摘    要:在全面分析APP油毡工程特性的基础上进行了理论分析、工程实践、直剪及拉拔试验。建立了旧水泥路面沥青加铺层间用APP油毡防裂的有限元模型,对最不利点位受力进行了计算;对车辆荷载、温度荷载及其耦合作用下的情形分别进行了计算,认为APP油毡拉伸模量为1 000MPa时防裂的综合效果最好;提取试验路芯样,进行了直剪试验,表明APP油毡具有良好的层间工作性能,有油毡夹层的芯样施力4 500N发生剪切破坏,层间位移为5.0mm,超过了没有油毡夹层时的破坏位移0.5mm;层间拉拔试验数据显示有油毡夹层芯样抗拉拔力为10 000N,比没有油毡的抗拉拔力多了6 000N。

Abstract:Based on widely analyzing the engineering characteristic of APP modified bituminous linoleum,some researches were performed,including theories analysis,engineering practice,test of direct shearing and pullout.By dint of establishing the finite element mechanical analysis model,the stresses at the dangerous position was computed.The results showed that it could efficiently prevent cracking when the elasticity of APP modified bituminous linoleum arrived at 1 000 MPa,which were gained under the loads of vehicle,temperature and coupling of them.After direct shearing test with the drilling samples from field test road,it was found that the APP modified bituminous linoleum has perfect interlayer working behavior,which indicated that the samples would be sheared to destroy,with interlayer displacement of 5.0 mm,0.5 mm more than that without the specific interlayer,when the loads reaching 4 500 N.From the data of pullout test,it was concluded that the destructive stress was 10 000 N with APP modified bituminous linoleum,6 000 N more than the other structure.
