The Risk Analysis on Three Gorges Project's Ships Through Lock Collision Based on ISM

The ships through lock of the three gorges project faces many dangers,and improving the through lock management is very significant for ship’s safety.Since the three gorges ship lock has been completed,the ships had occurred a series of big accidents when they went through three gorges ship lock.Aiming at the characteristics of these incidents,this paper used the risk management theory to improve the safety management of the ship through lock,and combined with expert analysis to determine the classification of accident factors and the weight of every factor.Lastly,the paper used interpretation of structural modeling(ISM)which have the ability to get a good basis for the risk analysis to get the risk management measures of three gorges ship through lock.This article mainly covered three gorges ship guozha risk factor identification and analysis of the relationship,The ISM model about the risk factors and risk response,and researched the use of risk management on the ship through lock.
