高掺量磷石膏基复合胶凝材料耐水性能研究

摘    要:将不同温度煅烧预处理磷石膏,与粉煤灰、石灰、普通硅酸盐水泥、外加剂等以不同配比混合制备高掺量磷石膏基复合胶凝材料。在研究其物理性能和强度的同时,重点通过软化系数、动水溶蚀率、静水溶蚀率等耐水性评价指标研究胶凝材料的耐水性。实验结果表明:随着煅烧温度的升高,磷石膏基复合胶凝材料的强度和耐水性能有提高的趋势;磷石膏掺量由80%增加到90%,对应复合胶凝材料的软化系数、动水溶蚀率等指标变差,对静水溶蚀率影响不大。

Abstract:Composite binders based on phosphogypsum(CBPG) were prepared from phosphogypsum calcined at different temperatures,with addition of different amount of lime,ordinary Portland Cement,flyash and self-synthesized additives.In the investigation,physical property and strength of CBPG were inverstigated.Moreover,the different evaluating indexes for the water resistance properties of composite binders were studied,i.e.,softening coefficient,weight loss after static water attack(WLSW) and weight loss after flowing water attack(WLFW).The results show that the strength and the resistance properties of CBPG increase with the increase of calcination temperature.When the content of phosphogypsum increases from 80% to 90%,the softening coefficient and WLSW deteriorate,but the WLFW have no significant change.
