| Abstract: | To meet smoothing stability and fair competition of network traffic in video conferencing,we designed a new congestion control scheme for transmission-CTP.CTP is logically divided into two layers,called DCC and RAC.DCC layer achieves dynamic backoff policy at the prerequisite of packet loss allowance to avoid network congestion;on RAC layer the normal distribution-based network traffic model is established.By analysing the competition in the network,the bandwidth can be adjusted,which makes the transmission... |
